Counseling is an enjoyable process! I am not saying that it can’t be hard or emotional, only that the process and results can be life-changing. I love working with people from a compassionate and even humorous standpoint, because I figure that if you can’t laugh at life, it can be a miserable experience! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages and walks of life who have been through trauma, struggle with addictions, and much more. My goal is to help clients get back to living a whole and peaceful life.

I provide trauma, depression, and anxiety-specific treatment. I utilize eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as a treatment technique along with many other types of techniques and modalities. My goal is to help all people who come into my office feel safe and comfortable before we begin work!

Give me a call, today! I would love to help you get started on your healing journey!

Joe Dennis MA, ACMHCChristina Moore, MA LCMHC-

I offer a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental therapy style integrating your personal beliefs and cultural influences. I enjoy working with people of all ages from many different walks of life. I use a blend of therapeutic methods artfully catered to meet individual needs always with compassion and understanding as well as humor. As a clinician, my goal is to help you take back control returning to a more joyful and engaged life. At times, therapy is not easy but it is amazing when emotional and behavioral struggles are overcome. Therapy can be life-changing.

I practice a blend of approaches focusing on current as well as past issues that influence current struggles. I intermingle techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, to art and play therapy, along with psychodynamic and humanistic therapies to help client’s gain insight and return to healthy living.

I have helped adults and children with day-to-day issues, parenting skills, different forms of abuse, severe anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I have also worked with individuals who have Autism, suicidal thoughts, cutting behaviors, and social-emotional delays. I believe there is hope; no matter the diagnosis.
