I believe that each journey through grief, loss, or crisis recovery is unique. You may be feeling lost or stuck in this journey, wondering how you got here and what to do now. You may feel all alone, and you may have lost hope that things will ever get better.

I create space for you to tell the story of your loss, express painful emotions, and ask difficult questions. I provide guidance on healthy coping strategies and healing rituals. Together, we examine your attachment and relationship patterns to see the broader context around your loss and develop a vision of how you can move forward in an authentic, meaningful way.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado at Denver, and an LPCC from the state of Colorado. I have experience providing individual and group grief counseling at The Denver Hospice and my private practice in Arvada, Colorado.
